Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy 2024

Applies to all Talks, Seminars, Workshops & Retreats with Ian Watson

Unless an independent event organiser provides a written cancellation policy for a specific event, the following cancellation and refund policy will apply to all events provided by The Insight Space Ltd on behalf of Ian Watson:

No booking is guaranteed until the deposit or event fee payable has been made in full

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, the following conditions will apply:

No cancellation fees will be incurred if you:

a) Transfer your place to another delegate at least 3 days prior to the event date

b) Transfer or defer your place to another event of the same type and cost at least 14 days prior to the event date

If neither of the above apply, 90% of the fee paid will be refunded for bookings cancelled at least 21 days prior to the event start date

Bookings cancelled less than 21 days and more than 7 days prior to the event start date - 50% of the fee paid will be refunded

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event start date - 25% of the fee paid will be refunded

If, owing to exceptional circumstances or changes in government regulations, the event has to be cancelled or re-scheduled by The Insight Space, you will be offered a full refund of all monies paid or, if you prefer, the option to transfer your booking to another event of the same type and cost where available. We regret that any additional expenses incurred (such as travel costs) will not be reimbursed. It is recommended that you have a travel insurance policy in place that covers your attendance at such an event.
